A new luxury to enjoy our restaurant and Beach&club at the foot of the beach, three different atmospheres where everything is possible, tapas bar and comfortable drinking area with an original cocktail menu and natural juices, a charcoal grill with reserved areas overlooking the sea and a more formal one in a tropical garden with exquisite Balinese decoration where fresh dishes with distant flavours predominate, such as the Cambodian salad or the causa lime\u00f1a with tuna tarantelo and strawberry kimche, giving special relevance to seasonal products, such as red almadraba tuna cooked in different styles: Tiraditos, ceviches, tatakis… all have been designed to bring together complementary emotions and sensations: sun and shade, beach and cocktails, night and day, relaxation and fun, healthy pleasures and forbidden sins…. We also have the Vamb\u00fa Restaurant, located in a tropical garden with exquisite Balinese decoration, an original proposal for those who enjoy elegant and exotic atmospheres. Our cuisine is very personal, simple in appearance but complicated in its elaboration. It is based on fusing Mediterranean traditions with the essences and flavors of Japanese and Peruvian gastronomy that we are so passionate about.
